SERVICE RATES
Effective June 25, 2008

Standard Hourly Rates: $90.00 for service plus a per hr.
                                    travel charge of $75.00*

* Travel charge applies from the service person's time of departure
to the job site and return to our office upon job completion.

Expenses:  Out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost and include any additional fees such as airfare, bus and taxi fares, car rentals, parking, toll charges and lodging. The client is billed a flat rate per diem of $50.00 for meals.

Minimum Billing:  For ALL non-local service calls, i.e. job sites outside a 150 mile travel radius of our office in Hampton, GA, the minimum billing will be for (8) hours, plus expenses. Minimum billing for ALL local service calls will be for (2) hours.

Overtime Billing:  Our normal service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For work performed before or after regular business hours Monday through Friday, or between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, one and one half times the hourly rate is charged. Work performed before or after business hours on Saturday or anytime on Sunday or holidays, is charged at double the hourly rate.
